New Directions for Ordering “Your Church Tract” (September, 2026)
When ordering the 6-Pg or the 8-Pg “Your Church” Large Ad Tract, (category 5 or 6), it’s VERY IMPORTANT that you FOLLOW ALL THESE INSTRUCTIONS so your tract order won’t be delayed. Thank you!
1. Under “Choose Your Options Below,” and under “Ad Layout,” (a) IF you want to make a NEW ORDER for “Your Church Tract” for the very FIRST TIME or (b) IF you want to MAKE A CHANGE in your church ad from previous orders for this tract, then in the box saying “You design the Small or Large Ad,” select ONLY the word “here” (in brown print) and upload your print-ready church ad for the back cover in the window provided for your ad. However, (c) IF you want to REORDER an EXACT REPRINT of your church ad from the last time you ordered tracts from us, then DO NOT SELECT the word “here,” but simply CLICK INSIDE THE BOX that says “You design the Small or Large Ad”.
2. For the FRONT COVER of your 6-page or 8-page tract, send us an “actual size” PORTRAIT (vertical) photo of the OUTSIDE of your CHUTCH BUILDING.
a. Fill the approximate upper 1/2 of the photo with the sky.
(Then we’ll superimpose over the sky “YOU ARE INVITED TO” and your church name, city, and state.)
b. Fill the approximate lower 1/2 of the photo with the outside of your church building.
3. For the BACK PAGE, your CHURCH AD is a maximum of 3 3/4 inches high x 2 3/4 inches wide.
For this ad, you (or we) can design and use YOUR CHOICE of (1) an “actual size” LANDSCAPE (horizontal) photo of the INSIDE of your AUDITORIUM, and / or
(2) a PORTRAIT (vertical) photo of the PASTOR. (The photo of the INSIDE of your AUDITORIUM can be either (a) a photo taken on a Sunday morning showing the congregation, pulpit, and platform, OR, (b) a photo of the empty auditorium.) The photo(s) will appear at the very top of your church ad and will be about 1 inch in height of the total 3 3/4 inches for your church ad.
Then, BELOW THE PHOTO(S), there’ll be an area about 2 3/4 inches high x 2 3/4 inches wide left for (3) the TEXT of your ad(church name, address, phone, email, service times, etc.), AND any or all of these: (4) a MAP showing your church’s location, (5) a church LOGO, and/or (6) a QR CODE. Print out your church ad, measure it, and make sure it’s this size or slightly smaller BEFORE uploading it to your order. Thank you.
